In his second season, Cameron Thomas and his staff are building this program back up with some quality talent at several positions.
With a productive off-season, and the addition of some impressive talent, this is certainly a team you will want to keep an eye on.

Today we are back in Miami-Dade County and tradition-rich Miami Carol City.
As first-year head coach George Stubbs Sr. takes over the reins of this storied program, the objective – from Day 1 – was to return this team to where it had been for so many years.
Since then, this program has posted a 16-30 record, which is not only unheard of, but not acceptable to a fan base that has been supportive of the Chiefs.
Since the late Aubrey Hill left this team with a state title in 2016-2017, this program has had Benedick Hyppolite, Josh Taylor, Dorrean James and last year, Vernon Wilder III as head coaches.
With a solid off-season and the addition of some impressive talent, this is certainly a team you will want to keep an eye on – and not take for granted.

Today we move down to Miami-Dade County and check in on a team that won a first-round state playoff game – as first year head coach Nik Oyarzun, who has been the Offensive Line Coach and Area Recruiter for NCAA D3 Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee. Before that, he served at four institutions as a Tight Ends/Special Teams Coordinator and Area Recruiting Coach at different levels of college football spanning NCAA D1, D3, and the NAIA.
